Castleton-Beberwyk, Paul E. (Beaver), of Castleton, New York passed away peacefully the morning of February 14, 2021. Paul was born January 5, 1940 to Edwin and Jeanette Beberwyk. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Maryann Beberwyk; sister Judith Beberwyk; sons Chris (Roberta) Beberwyk, John (Stephanie) Beberwyk and daughters Deborah (Jose) Gonzalez, Mary Ryan (Neil) and Barbara (Tim) Janke. Survived by grandson Zachary (Emily) Beberwyk, as well as the many other grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was also survived by his lifelong friend, Eddie (Doc) and Edna. He was a member of the Teamsters (Local 294) for 42 years, 35 of which was working for Bonded Concrete. He loved to spend time in his garden and keeping his lawn impeccable during the week, as Sunday’s were meant for watching NASCAR. Calling hours will be 11-1 Saturday February 20, 2021 at Ray Funeral Home, Castleton. Pandemic restrictions apply with masks required, social distancing practiced, and a limited amount of visitors at any one time. A graveside service will follow at Horizon View Cemetery, Schodack. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made in Paul’s name to American Heart Association 4 Atrium Dr. #100, Albany, NY 12205.
