Barnhart, Marjorie D.
Clifton Park-Margie Barnhart, 83, passed away peacefully at home in Clifton Park, N.Y. on February 14, 2018. She was born on February 9, 1935, in Binghamton N.Y. to James and Margaret Hogan.
Margie worked in the dining hall and as a caterer at Siena College from 1971 to 2008. She was loved by many of the students and faculty during her tenure. Her humor and wonderful spirit brought joy to all who met her.
Margie is predeceased by her husband, Roger, son, Roger Jr. (Bunker), and brother, James (Nancy) Hogan.
She is survived by her children Kelly (Mike) Nelson, Bridget (Mike) Sykes, William (Jennifer) Barnhart and brother Jack (Betty) Hogan. Grand children Sarah and Abby Barnhart, Michael Abele, Jack Nelson, Michael and Samantha Sykes, and Luke Barnhart.
A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to : LUNGevity Foundation, Breathe Deep Albany, Team Barnhart, 228 S. Wabash Avenue, Suite 700, Chicago, Il 60604.
