Peterson, Warren A.

Castleton-Warren A. Peterson, 77, a Castleton resident since 1973 died Monday February 27, 2017. Warren was the loving husband of the late Mary Lou Peterson. They were very proud of the summer camp they owned on Caroga Lake, NY. He was born April 21, 1939 in Brooklyn, NY. Employed for 28 years as a Merchant Seaman with Mobil Oil Co. Deep Sea Fleet, he later worked as an engineer with SUNY Albany and the Wadsworth Center Labs of the NYS Dept. of Health, retiring in 2001.

He is survived by his daughter Nancy, granddaughter Ligeia Peterson and grandson Miles Hemeon.

A memorial service will be held at the Ray Funeral Home, Castleton in the near future. Date and time will be posted in this newspaper.
