Mary L. Hudson

Castleton- Mary L. Hudson, 89, passed away at Albany Medical Center on February 13, 2024. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late John and Margaret Hudson. She enjoyed a career of over 40 years with the State Bank of Albany.

Mary was an avid Gardener, enjoyed time spent with her cats, was always willing to go shopping when the mood arose and loved to decorate for the holidays, especially Christmas. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church in Castleton and also attended Mass at the Sisters of the Resurrection Chapel in Castleton.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother William Hudson of FL, sister Margaret Bedell of Castleton and her aunt Jennie Hudson of Castleton. She is survived by her twin brother John “Jack” (Elizabeth) Hudson of Castleton, brother Ray Hudson of Castleton, as well as several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated privately for Mary, and she will be interred in her family plot at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
