Marion C. Valli

Castleton-Marion C. Valli, 86, died peacefully at home with her family by her side on Monday January 18, 2021. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Francis Carney and Josephine (Beberwyck) Carney. She was also predeceased by her sisters Lucille Leonard, Elizabeth Pulikowski and Frances Olsen. Marion was a lifelong resident of the Castleton area. She had been Secretary to the Principal at Maple Hill Middle School for 20 years before retiring. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church, Castleton. She was the wife of John W. Valli who died in 1997. She is survived by her son Mark and his wife, Trudy; her daughters Terri and Trudi; grandchildren Rebecca (Mark), Lucas, Katlyn (Bill), Jonathan (Kate); great grandchildren Kiersten, Ava, Markie, Will, and Kaleb. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Her funeral Mass will be 11 am Saturday January 23, 2021 in Sacred Heart Church, Castleton. Pandemic restrictions apply with wearing of face masks, social distancing and limited capacity.
