Kenneth B. Golden, Jr.

Schodack Landing- Kenneth B. Golden Jr., 80, passed away on October 25, 2023. Kenneth was a lifelong resident of Schodack Landing and was beloved by the Schodack Community. Ken was a 3rd generation farmer and 13 year employee of the Town of Schodack Highway Dept. He also enjoyed truck driving for local farmers. Ken found joy being with extended family and friends, joking, laughing and telling stories. He will be missed by all.

Kenny is survived by his wife of 57 years, Linda Golden (Sukup), brother Glenn Golden, son Kevin Golden (Sheila) and daughter Kristina Macyowskie (Michael). He was the adored “Peep” of his grandchildren, Derrick Golden (Britney), Kerry Golden, Stephen Macyowskie, and Skylar Macyowskie. Kenneth was predeceased by his parents, Kenneth Sr. and Virginia Golden (Harris) and sister Barbara Block.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Kenny's family on Sunday, October 29, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., at the Castleton Funeral Home, 59 Seaman Ave. Castleton, NY 12033. A funeral service will be conducted on Monday, October 30, at 10:00 a.m, at the funeral home. Interment will immediately follow the funeral service, at Schodack Landing Cemetery, Route 9J Schodack Landing, NY.
