Skiff, Joseph D.

Albany-Joseph Devereaux Skiff of Albany entered eternal rest on September 20, 2018 in East Greenbush. He was born in Albany to the late J. Victor and Kay Marie Skiff on July 21, 1953 and grew up in Brookview. Joe was a graduate of Maple Hill High School and Hudson Valley Community College. He was an accomplished musician, playing with several bands. Joe faced many challenges as an adult, but through it all he loved his Lord and had a deep prayer life. He is survived by his brother, John (Mary) Skiff, and sister, Winnie Kutchukian, both of Castleton, as well as many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, and great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews. Friends are invited to call at Ray Funeral Services from 3-4pm on Tuesday, September 25th, with funeral service at 4pm, with Rev. James Hogan officiating. Interment will be at Horizon View Cemetery at a later date at the convenience of the family.
