Carol J. Bullinger

Castleton- Carol J. (Newcomb) Bullinger, age 89 passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at St. Peter’s Hospital. She was born in Albany, to the late John E. and Katherine (Rapp) Newcomb. Carol worked for the New York State Department of Motor Vehicle, as a senior clerk. She was a very family-oriented woman and cherished all the time spent with them. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Norman F. Bullinger, Sr. and her son Norman F. Bullinger, Jr. She was the loving mother of Lawrence J., Donna S., Steven R. (Elaine), and Kenneth A. (Regina) Bullinger. She was the loving grandmother of Renee, Norman III, Nicholas, Lawrence, Jennifer, Daniel, Erin, Steven, Kaitlin, Brian, Kristopher, and Brandon. Relatives and friends are invited and may visit with the family on Thursday, October 5, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Castleton Funeral Home, 59 Seaman Avenue, Castleton NY 12033. The burial will be privately held in Albany Rural Cemetery, at the convenience of the family.
